Angela Brownbill
Co-Director
Angela brings extensive experience in NHS administration and executive support, having worked alongside a variety of multidisciplinary healthcare teams throughout her career.
Her work with NHS departments, including Resuscitation Teams and NHS Trust complaints services, has provided a strong understanding of the importance of delivering a high-quality, professional experience for every candidate.
As Co-Director of 2222 Training, Angela oversees the operational and administrative aspects of the business, ensuring delegates receive excellent support from booking through to course completion.
Angela is committed to maintaining the high standards of organisation, communication, and customer service that 2222 Training is known for.

Dr John Baxendale MBChB FRCEM RCPathM
Co-Director & Medical Director
Dr John Baxendale is an experienced Emergency Medicine Consultant and Co-Director of 2222 Training, with more than a decade of leadership in advanced resuscitation and emergency care education.
Over the past 10 years, he has served as Medical Director for Advanced Life Support (ALS), European Paediatric Advanced Life Support (EPALS) and Generic Instructor Course (GIC) programmes, delivering high-quality clinical education to healthcare professionals across a wide range of healthcare settings.
Combining extensive frontline emergency medicine experience with a passion for education, Dr Baxendale is dedicated to ensuring delegates receive evidence-based, practical training that develops confidence, clinical decision-making and effective teamworking in critical situations.
Our Faculty
2222 Training's faculty consists of practising NHS consultants, doctors, nurses, paramedics and allied healthcare professionals with experience across emergency medicine, critical care, anaesthetics and acute healthcare services.
Our instructors hold a range of recognised qualifications, including ALS, EPALS, NLS, and GIC accreditation, and many are involved in teaching within NHS Trusts, universities and healthcare institutions.
By bringing together current clinical expertise and extensive teaching experience, our faculty deliver engaging, realistic and supportive learning experiences. That allows healthcare professionals to acquire the skills necessary for providing safe and effective patient care.
